Southern Strata Management was founded by Gareth Craig, Kerry Craig & Dean Eades due to a common passion for excellence in service and to fulfill long term goals as business owners. We aim to grow our business alongside our clients never losing sight of the importance of clear communication and sound advice while thoroughly enjoying what we do.

Southern is proud to offer Justice of The Peace services at our office during business hours.

Southern Strata will design a management package to suit the specific needs of your building that includes a transparent fee structure. 

Upon taking over management we will conduct a review of your records and provide a condition report to the Strata Committee which includes an action plan to address any outstanding issues. We will discuss with the Committee short and long term goals for your scheme and incorporate these into your action plan.
